Getting the brand approvals in place: A large share of this growth came from clearing brand approvals in the US market for established international brands the account wanted to carry — work that has to happen before a single unit can be listed. Revscale handled the applications and documentation needed to get those brands approved for sale, then built out the listings once the account was cleared. Without that groundwork, the sales above wouldn’t have been possible in the first place.

What full-service management looked like: Because this is a wholesale operation, revenue tracks inventory cycles as much as demand — a stockout or a delayed restock from a supplier shows up directly in that month’s sales. Revscale’s job spans keeping campaigns efficient, listings compliant and optimized, and staying ahead of restocks and account health issues so those dips are shorter and less frequent than they’d otherwise be.

A shift worth noting: Unit volume climbed sharply in 2026 (as high as 929 units in a single month) while average revenue per unit dropped, as the account expanded into higher-volume, lower-ticket product lines alongside its original catalog. Total sales and profit margin are reported above rather than unit count alone, since unit volume by itself would overstate what changed.

Takeaway: Even with the natural swings of a wholesale model, the account sustained $500K+ in sales and a 25–30% profit margin over 16 months under full account management.

Starting from an empty account

The storefront recorded no sales at all before November 2025. Everything below was built from a standing start: entity setup, brand approvals, listing creation and the first inventory cycles all had to happen before a single unit could move. The first month of trading produced $1,160 across 32 units.

The recovery is the real story

February 2026 was the peak month at $12,710 — but April was the account’s weakest at $1,197, a drop typical of a wholesale model where a delayed restock shows up directly in that month’s revenue. What follows is the part worth pointing at: four consecutive months of growth from that floor, ending with August tracking at $6,735 through the 28th only, already the second-best month on record.

Business buyers

$7,292 of total sales — roughly 15% — came through Amazon Business B2B, across 93 units. For a catalogue this size that is a meaningful second demand channel rather than a rounding error, and it came from listings configured for business pricing and quantity tiers rather than from additional ad spend.

Authorized reseller status

Six brands have added the storefront to their authorized reseller list, covering 17 registered brand aliases between them. That authorization is what makes the catalogue defensible: it is granted by the brand owner rather than bought, it cannot be replicated by an unauthorized seller undercutting on price, and it is the precondition for listing at all in these categories.

The portfolio spans five unrelated categories — automotive accessories, pet nutrition, hobby and RC components, professional hair care, and home energy hardware — which is deliberate. A wholesale account concentrated in one category lives and dies with that category’s season and its supplier’s restock cadence.

Separately, two brand gating applications were approved in August 2026, with further applications in progress — the ungating work that has to clear before new brands can be listed at all.

Margin held through the ramp

The account returned 24% on investment across the period. That figure matters more than the revenue line here: early-stage wholesale accounts routinely buy volume by thinning margin to clear inventory and build ranking history. This one grew unit volume more than fivefold between April and August while holding return in the mid-twenties, which means the growth came from sourcing and listing decisions rather than from discounting.

Takeaway

From no trading history to roughly $50,000 in sales and 1,081 units in ten months at a 24% return — with six brands granting authorized-reseller status, a healthy account, a 5.0 feedback rating, and month-on-month growth through the most recent quarter.
