Learn Amazon wholesale on live accounts
One model, done properly: buying from authorised distributors and selling on Amazon. Trained in our Karachi office or live online, on the accounts our team runs for US and UK sellers. No pre-recorded videos, no private label detours, no advertising theory. You do the wholesale work, someone experienced checks it, and you fix it before it costs anyone money.
- Wholesale only
- Small batches
- On-ground in SMCHS, Karachi
- Live online for everyone else

Why this is not a course
Nobody learns sourcing from a playlist
Most Amazon training in Pakistan sells a recording, a certificate and a tour of every business model at once. You finish it able to name things and still unable to build a distributor list, read a rejection, or defend a buying decision. This is built the opposite way round, and it only covers wholesale.
You work, you do not watch
Every session is a task on a live account: a catalogue to scan, an application to write, a rejected ungating request to diagnose, a shipment plan that will not clear receiving. Reviewed the same evening.
Supervised, like a first job
You sit with people who source and run wholesale accounts daily for sellers in the US and UK. You see how a distributor is approached, how an approval is won, and what happens when either is done badly.
One model, all the way down
We do not teach private label, arbitrage or advertising here. Wholesale has enough depth to fill the batch, and depth in one model is what gets you hired or profitable.
The wholesale workflow
The whole pipeline, in the order it happens
This is the sequence a real wholesale account moves through, and the order you are trained in. Each stage is a task you complete on a live account and then defend to someone who has done it a hundred times.
- 01 · Product huntingScanning distributor price lists at volume: Keepa history, rank, Buy Box share, FBA fees, ROI and sell-through, and why most lines are rejected.
- 02 · Distributor researchSeparating authorised distributors from anyone reselling grey stock, and building a target list from brand sites, directories and trade shows.
- 03 · OutreachThe approach email that gets a reply, the documents a distributor expects, and a follow-up cadence that is persistent without being spam.
- 04 · Approval and termsOpening the account, minimum order quantities, payment terms, price lists, and what to ask before the first purchase order goes out.
- 05 · Ungating and brand approvalBuilding an application that passes, invoices that qualify, and reading Amazon's rejection instead of guessing at it.
- 06 · The buying decisionLanded cost, prep and freight, the real margin after every fee, and how many units the rank actually supports.
- 07 · Listing on existing ASINsAdding your offer to a live catalogue, condition notes, variation and catalogue hygiene, and staying clear of IP trouble.
- 08 · Buy Box and pricingShare and rotation, price floors and ceilings, and repricing rules that protect margin instead of chasing the lowest seller.
- 09 · Prep and shipmentsPrep specifications, box content, labelling, shipment plans, receiving problems, and the reimbursements most sellers never claim.
- 10 · Inventory and replenishmentSell-through, reorder points, restock limits, and clearing stranded or aged inventory before it eats the margin.
- 11 · Account healthIP complaints, policy notifications, and opening a case that actually gets resolved rather than closed.
- 12 · Reporting the accountWhat a seller wants to see each week, and how to defend a buying or pricing decision with numbers.
Two ways to train
On the floor, or on the call
In person Karachi
At our office in SMCHS: Office No. 2, 19B, Karachi. A seat, a screen and a trainer on the floor with you. Sessions run in the evening, while the US market is awake and the accounts are live.
Live online Anywhere
The same sessions on shared screens, in the same batch, with the same review of your work. Bring a laptop and a connection that holds. Sessions are live, so attendance matters.
Who it suits
Built for people who want the work
- You want to earn from Amazon wholesale and will do the unglamorous parts properly.
- You are already a VA doing surface level tasks and want to be trusted with sourcing.
- You have watched enough tutorials and still cannot build a defensible buy list.
- You are a seller with capital who wants to understand sourcing before hiring anyone.
Who it does not
Be honest with yourself first
- You want private label, arbitrage or advertising. We do not teach them here.
- You want a certificate for the wall, or a guaranteed monthly income figure.
- You cannot commit to the session times. The batch moves at the pace of live accounts.
What you leave with
Evidence, not enrolment
A portfolio of real work
Scanned catalogues with your accept and reject reasoning, outreach threads, a passed ungating application and a shipment plan, with client details removed.
The team's checklists
The same sourcing criteria, outreach scripts, approval document pack and prep specifications the RevScale team works from, so the method survives the batch.
A reference that means something
From people who watched you work for weeks. And when RevScale is hiring sourcing or account roles, we look at the batch first. Considered, not promised.
Common questions
Before you apply
Why only wholesale? Will you cover PPC or private label?
No. Wholesale is the model we run every day, and it is deep enough to fill a batch on its own: sourcing, approvals, buying, prep, pricing and account health. Splitting attention across four models is how training produces people who can name everything and do nothing.
Do I need my own Amazon seller account?
No. You work on accounts the team already manages, under supervision, so you see real distributor lists, real approvals and real consequences without risking anything of your own. If you have an account, bring it and we will use it where it makes sense.
Do you guarantee a job at the end?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We hire from these batches when we have openings, and the people who get hired are the ones whose work was already being reviewed by the team for weeks.
Is the online batch the same as the in person one?
Same tasks, same accounts, same review of your work. The difference is the room. In person you can turn your screen around and ask; online you share it. People outside Karachi lose nothing else.
How much experience do I need to start?
None for the fundamentals, though you should be comfortable with a spreadsheet and with written English, because sourcing lives in spreadsheets and in email. Existing VAs usually start further along.
What does it cost and when does the next batch start?
Seats are limited because every trainee is reviewed individually. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the current intake date, what the seat costs, and whether the in person or online batch is the better fit for you.
Take the seat, not the playlist
Tell us where you are, what you have already tried, and whether you want the Karachi floor or the online batch. We will tell you honestly if it is not the right fit.
