All figures in USD; UK clients are invoiced in GBP at the prevailing rate. The large number on each plan is your monthly product purchasing budget — RevScale’s management fee is the first line inside the plan.

Pricing questions, answered

What am I actually paying RevScale each month?

The management fee listed inside each plan — from $100/mo on Starter to $1,000/mo on Enterprise. The larger figure on each card is not a price: it is the monthly budget you expect to spend buying inventory, and it is what decides which tier you belong in. Your inventory money stays yours and goes to your suppliers.

Which tier am I in?

Match your monthly purchasing budget to the range on the card. If you plan to buy $6,000 of inventory a month, that is the Scale tier at $200/mo. If you are not sure, request a free audit and we will tell you which tier fits before you commit to anything.

What does “A to Z management” actually cover?

Brand approvals and ungating applications, listing creation and optimisation, advertising, inventory and restock coordination, pricing and Buy Box monitoring, and account health. On wholesale accounts the brand approval work comes first — nothing can be listed until a brand authorises the storefront to resell.

What is not included in the management fee?

Three things sit outside it: the inventory you buy, your Amazon advertising spend, and Amazon’s own referral and FBA fees. Those are your costs and they stay yours — we never take a cut of them. Brand approval and ungating work is included in the management fee, which is worth noting, because most agencies bill that separately or won’t take it on at all.

How long is the commitment?

Three months on every tier. Wholesale accounts need that long to be meaningful — brand approvals alone can take weeks to clear before the first unit is listed, so a shorter term would be judged on setup work rather than on results. After month three the agreement renews for a further three months unless you tell us otherwise.

Do you work with private label sellers, or only wholesale?

Both. Every tier covers Amazon wholesale and private label management. Our published case studies are wholesale storefronts because that is where most of our volume sits and where the brand-approval work is hardest to replicate.

Which marketplaces do you cover?

The US, UK, Canada, Australia and the Middle East, on both Amazon and eBay.

Can I see results before I commit?

Yes. The free audit is a 10-minute review of your Amazon or eBay storefront — send your link and we send back a video covering listings, account health and ad spend. No contract, and it is the fastest way to find out whether we are useful to you.

Do you bill UK clients in pounds?

Fees are quoted in USD so every client is comparing the same numbers. UK clients are invoiced in GBP, converted at the prevailing rate on the invoice date — we do not publish a fixed sterling price, because a hardcoded exchange rate is wrong the moment the market moves and you would end up quoted one figure and billed another.
